CHALLENGE: Rebrand our own agency, a well-established, 17-year-old B2B advertising agency, to highlight our in-depth expertise in specific industries, particularly legal, financial, healthcare, and food and beverage.
STRATEGY: Max Advertising underwent an agency-wide process of rebranding and redesigning the look, feel and message of the company, including a name change, a new website, SEO and a robust social media strategy. Strategic content marketing and social media was the key vehicle for driving new business development. During this process, we:
Performed social media training for account executives, coordinators and interns, including certification of Hubspot’s inbound marketing software and analytics.
Managed internal social media team.
Organized and managed the implementation of live blogs for MAX’s industry-specific markets, including legal, financial, healthcare and food and beverage.
